Welcome to the Central High School website. Our goal is to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to create a safe, supportive, and academically challenging environment where every student can thrive.
As the 7th and 8th Grade Principal of Central High School, I am committed to ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in high school and beyond. We believe that every student has the ability to learn, grow, and achieve when provided with the right support, encouragement, and opportunities.
The middle school years are a critical time in a student's educational journey. At Central High School, we strive to create an environment where students are challenged academically, supported socially and emotionally, and encouraged to develop the skills necessary to become responsible and productive citizens. Our dedicated faculty and staff work diligently each day to help students reach their full potential while fostering a culture of respect, responsibility, and excellence.
We value the partnership between home, school, and community and recognize that student success is achieved when we work together toward common goals. Through open communication, high expectations, and meaningful opportunities for growth, we are committed to helping every student succeed.

With 26 years in education and 19 years proudly serving Lowndes County, I have had the privilege of serving as a classroom teacher, math coach, instructional assistant, and now principal. These experiences have shaped my commitment to clear communication, collaboration, and building strong relationships that positively impact student achievement.
